About The Aroma Pixies
We sell handmade bath and body products, digital tools, templates and related maker resources. Product availability, pricing and descriptions may change over time.
Product Information
We aim to describe products clearly and accurately. Handmade products may vary slightly in colour, appearance, weight, finish or scent from batch to batch. Photos are for guidance and may display differently depending on your device.
Please read product descriptions, ingredients, warnings and usage information before buying or using a product.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for you before use. Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient. If irritation occurs, stop use. Seek medical advice where appropriate.
Digital calculators, templates and maker resources are practical aids. You remain responsible for checking calculations, legal compliance, labelling, CPSR, safety, business, tax and record-keeping requirements before relying on them.
Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through this website and payments are processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is completed and we confirm the order. We may contact you if there is a problem with stock, payment, delivery details or product information.
Assessment/CPSR-Check Digital Products
Some digital products require you to send the front page of your assessment or CPSR before we complete that part of the order. If you do not provide the required information, we may be unable to provide the checked file or service.
Digital Downloads
Automatic digital downloads are delivered by email after payment. Download links may have download limits and expiry dates. Once a download link has been sent, the digital file is treated as supplied.
Digital products are normally non-refundable once supplied, unless the file is faulty, not as described, or a refund is required by law. You must not share, resell, redistribute or make public any paid digital file unless the product description clearly allows it.
Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind about a physical product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item after telling us you want to cancel or return it.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for return postage. Digital products are normally non-refundable once supplied, as explained in our Refunds and Returns and Digital Downloads pages.
Intellectual Property
The Aroma Pixies name, branding, website content, product wording, digital files, calculators, templates, documents, designs and related materials are owned by Richard Crowhurst trading as The Aroma Pixies unless otherwise stated.
You may use purchased digital files for your own personal or business use as described in the product listing. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly or create competing products from our digital files without written permission.
Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, remove or change products, pages, prices, features and policies as the shop develops.
Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by misuse of products, user-entered data, unsupported use of digital files, interrupted website access or reliance on digital resources without reasonable independent checks.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to The Aroma Pixies or these terms will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
