Digital Downloads

Delivery

Automatic digital downloads are delivered by email after payment. If your order contains both physical and digital items, digital emails may arrive separately from the physical order process.

Once a download link has been sent, the digital file is treated as supplied.

Download Limits and Expiry

Download links may have a maximum number of uses and an expiry date. Please download and save your files promptly. If you have a genuine problem accessing a file, contact us.

Assessment/CPSR Checks

Some products require you to send the front page of your assessment or CPSR before the file can be completed or supplied. If this applies, you will receive an email with instructions after ordering.

For these products, the digital file is treated as supplied once we email the completed file to you.

Refunds

Digital products are normally non-refundable once the download link has been sent, unless the file is faulty, not as described, or a refund is required by law.

For assessment/CPSR-check products, we may be able to cancel and refund before the completed files have been emailed to you. Once the files have been emailed, they are normally non-refundable unless faulty, not as described, or a refund is required by law.

Permitted Use

Unless the product description says otherwise, purchased digital files are for your own personal or business use. You must not share, resell, redistribute, upload publicly or make the files available to others.

Backups

You are responsible for keeping your own backup copy once downloaded. We may not be able to provide replacement links indefinitely.

Problems

If a download link does not work, email hello@thearomapixies.co.uk with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
