That’s why I’m sharing my top 5 simple self-care rituals to help you unwind, recharge, and bring a little bit of magic back to your day — no matter how stressy it gets.


🫖 1. Brew Your Favourite Cuppa and Pause

It might sound too easy, but making a cup of tea (or coffee) and really taking a moment to enjoy it can work wonders. Put your phone down, get comfy, and let yourself just be for a few minutes. That small pause can help your mind reset.


🛁 2. Take a Warm Bath with Something Lovely

A warm soak can melt away tension in your body and mind. Sprinkle in some bath salts or a bit of your favourite bath oil. As you soak, focus on your breathing — slow and steady in through the nose, out through the mouth. Let the day’s worries drift away.

After your bath or shower, take time to moisturise slowly. Use gentle, circular motions as you work in your lotion, body butter, or body oil. It’s a small act of kindness you give yourself — and your skin will thank you too.
